Illinois Background Check In the early spring of 2000, Francisco Huizar left his home at 2:50pm, presumably to start his 3:00 work shift just one mile from his home. Francisco left driving his 1988 red Honda. He was not seen since. A couple of weeks later, his vehicle was found in a Nature Preserve in Gary, IN. The vehicle, though burned beyond recognition, was identified by its VIN.
The circumstances surrounding Francisco's disappearance remains a mystery. Ardora Hogan, a young black female, was reported by her mother to be missing in the late summer of 1993. She was last seen with her boyfriend, Wayne Lampton. They were traveling on US 12 towards Michigan. Foul play is suspected in the case of Ardora Hogan.
