Indiana Background Check The Indiana Police Department is investigating the murder of Michael Sarniak. The suspect is said to have fled the scene of the crime, which occurred on September 10, 2000 at approximately 3:30pm. The suspect is described to be 5'8”, approximately 160lbs, and in his mid twenties.
