Kansas Background Check The Kansas Police Department need your help in identifying the victim of a homicide. The body of a white female, 65 inches tall and 130 lbs was found on I-70 in late January of 1986. At the time of her death she was between the ages of 25-30. She was found wearing lavender sweat pants. The victim wore false nails painted bright red.
